Strengths Coaching
Strengths coaching is
designed to help you identify, leverage and develop your strengths.
The steps in the process are as follows.

You will complete the Strengthscope and MBTI questionnaires. |

In the first coaching session we will explore your Strengthscope profile
and in the second session your MBTI profile. |

3 |
Subsequent sessions focus on how you can make
the most of your strengths and how you can develop them even
further. |
A coaching programme can be as long as you want it to be. Typically
people initially have between three and six coaching sessions including
the two initial profile feedback sessions. |
